Hola a todos les comentoq ue recibi un correo de disney pero me piden que les mande mi disco defectuso a alguien les pidieron esto? aqui les pongo el estracto del e-mail
We are aware of the issue and are able to resolve it with a different copy of the disc. Please reply to this e-mail with your full contact information. Once we receive your full mailing address, we will send out a postage paid return mail label. Please send us the disc only and keep all original packaging. Upon receiving your disc we will send out a replacement to you.
Alguien sabe como es eso del postage paid return mail label? cuando me lo traiga el cartero pongo el disco o como alguien me podria auxiliar o darme un consejo? gracias
