Next month, Warner Home Entertainment will bring J. Edgar to Blu-ray. The latest work from Academy Award-winning filmmaker Clint Eastwood (Million Dollar Baby), this biopic examines the life of FBI director J. Edgar Hoover (Leonardo DiCaprio, The Departed).

Co-starring Naomi Watts (King Kong) as Hoover's secretary Helen Gandy and Judi Dench (Shakespeare in Love) as his domineering mother, Eastwood's film follows the controversial figure from the Palmer Raids until his death in 1972, viewing the influence - both good and bad - that Hoover had on contemporary law enforcement practices through the prism of his unorthodox relationship with long-time protégé Clyde Tolson (Armie Hammer, The Social Network).

Warner's Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet Digital Copy combo pack presents the film in its 2.39:1 original aspect ratio with a 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio track. Further technical and supplementary details are still unknown.

J. Edgar is expected to street on February 21st.
