Today, in an early alert to retailers, Fox Home Entertainment has informed that the title has been scheduled for a street date of September 24th.

Both are 3-disc sets, and will come with Extras such as Deleted/Alternate Scenes, Audio Commentary, a Gag Reel, and 4 Featurettes ("Baby Talk," "A Day with Eric," "A Modern Guide to Parenting" and "Modern Family Writers").
