Yes indeed, Steven Spielberg's World War II opus is returning to DVD on May 25th. The Saving Private Ryan: D-Day 60th Anniversary Commemorative Edition will be a 2-disc special edition (SRP $26.99) featuring many new extras (still TBA). The film will be anamorphic widescreen with both Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 audio. The set will also be available in The World War II Collection with two additional war films/documentaries on disc (Price for Peace and Shooting War) and a collectible book (SRP $49.99).
