Warner has officially announced the ninth season of Friends which stars the likes of Courteney Cox Arquette, David Schwimmer, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Leblanc and Matthew Perry. The four-disc package will be available to own from the 8th March next year, and should retail at around $44.98. The episodes will be presented in 1.33:1 full frame along with English Dolby Digital tracks. Extras will include a producer commentary on three of the shows episodes, a Who's Your Best Friend menu based challenge, a Behind The Style: The Look of Friends featurette on the fashion, make-up and hairstyles through the years, a gag reel, interviews and lastly a Phoebe Battles The Pink Robots music video.

We know there's a lot of demand for this one! Warner Bros Home Video has announced that season 9 of their hit show, Friends, will be released on March 8th, 2005. This season finds Phoebe confused with some romantic choices, Rachel taking on motherhood, and Monica and Chandler planning to start their own family.
This 4 disc set will include all 23 episodes from the 9th season. Expect to see a behind-the-scenes look at fashion, make-up and hairstyles through the year, a gag reel, "Phoebe Battles The Pink Robots" Music Video, a "Who's Your Best Friend" menu challenge and commentary on three episodes from the directors. The set will sport a full frame (1.33:1) transfer, and English Dolby Digital 5.0 audio. Expect the set to carry a suggested price of $44.98. This will be part of the Warner Bros 50th Anniversary rebate program we reported on in November.
Fans who haven't picked up the Friends Finale will be happy to hear that the disc will be repriced to $9.97 on March 1st.
We understand that Friends fans are eager to finish off their collection with season 10, but we have no idea when that'll be released, so please don't email us asking for information.
