on June 7th, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release Tears of the Sun Director's Extended Cut. One of Bruce Willis' better efforts, it tells the tale of a military team sent secretly into the turmoil of an African country for a dangerous rescue mission to extract Dr. Lena Hendricks (Monica Bellucci). The mission becomes considerably more complicated and considerably more dangerous. Expect an anamorphic presentation Dolby Digital 5.1 sound, and extras that the official MGM press site only describes as Original Featurette, Bonus Trailers, and Filmographies.
