MGM Home Entertainment will at long last release the made-for-TV event The Day After onto DVD on May 18th. This controversial and truly frightening 1983 telefilm follows the events leading up to and following a devastating nuclear attack on the United States by the Soviet Union. The disc is expected to arrive with a 1.78:1 anamorphic transfer of the 126-minute cut, Dolby Digital 2.0 audio and a newly created behind-the-scenes featurette. Not included on this disc, however, is the terrific audio commentary with director Nicholas Meyer that appeared on the Image Entertainment special edition laserdisc. Retail is $27.98.

Que tiempos aquellos...

Todavía me acuerdo cunado la fuí a ver al cine, iba en la Universidad y en ese entonces la película fue impactante, no se ahora que la realidad es tan intimidante si la vuelvo a ver me impacte igual, sobre todo como decían al final, las consecuencias pudieran ser mas terribles de lo que muestra la película.

Dependiendo el precio que le ponga Amazon igual y la pido.

Pues que mala onda que no traiga subs en español, de seguro aquí la saca Videomax o Chafity, asi que me voy a esperar a que la pongan en $ 48 para comprarla.
