For one amazing low price, the XV-SA600BK delivers a wealth of great features — including progressive-scan output, DVD-Audio playback, and built-in surround decoding!

Progressive scan delivers an excellent picture with HDTV-ready televisions. If you've got a standard TV, you can still enjoy a crisp picture by selecting interlaced output. The XV-SA600BK can provide decoding for any Dolby Digital or DTS DVD. It also offers optical and coaxial digital outputs, if you prefer to let your home theater receiver handle the decoding chores. And if you don't have a surround speaker setup yet, 3D-Phonic creates a virtual surround effect using just 2 speakers.

You'll love this player's audio versatility, too: It not only plays your audio CD-Rs and CD-RWs, but also ultra-long-playing MP3-encoded CD-Rs and CD-RWs. And decoding for DVD-Audio discs is your gateway into a new world of high-resolution, 5.1-channel music. This player's got it all!

Nunca he visto un JVC en accion, lo que si puedo afirmar es que los Sony son los mas sensibles de todos los dvd's que he tenido. Sumamente delicados con rayones, polvito, etc. Especialmente con los dvd's rentados.
